ADF4351BCPZ Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. Embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. 32 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, TTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Approximately 3.6V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 3V is recommended for safety reasons. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3V~3.6V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. Clock logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. A Fanout Distribution, Fractional N, Integer N, Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF) is a classification for the electronic part in question. Clock PLL is equipped with 32 pin count. Related electrical parts can be found for the base part number ADF4351. A 32 pin is available on the clock PLL. RF synthesizers can handle voltages up to 3.3V. Clock generator can also be included into PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits. The output frequency can be amplified as high as possible with its 8 signal outputs. It is able to realize high efficiency when operating at a frequency of 4.4GHz. For the clock time generator to function properly, 110mA of supply current must be provided. In this operation, a maximum current of 27mA is supplied to the clock generator.
