ADF4350BCPZ-RL Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). Embedded in the 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 32 terminations. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS, TTL. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. PF synthesizers is equipped with 32 pins. The maximum supply voltage that clock generator can handle is 3.3V. In general, this clock PLL is considered a PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits device. Clock PLL is configured with 4 output. This time clock generator requires a supply current of 110mA in order to operate properly. During normal operation, the maximum supply current should not exceed 27mA.
