ADF4216BRUZ-RL Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Embedded in the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. In it, there are 20 terminations to be found. To operate this time clock generator, 3V voltage should be applied.
