ADF4213BCPZ-RL Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. As part of the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, this clock generator is embedded. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. 20 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 3V allows for high efficiency. This Clock PLL will be fed by CMOS, TTL as its input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 3GHz Max. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V. As long as there are 2.7V~5.5V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test.
