ADF4196BCPZ Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tray-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. There is a clock generator embedded in the 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad package. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to NOT SPECIFIED to be essentially indestructible. In it, there are 32 terminations to be found. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3V.
