ADF4159CCPZ-RL7 Overview
A clock integrated circuit is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shaped package because it is for use as a clock. As part of the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, this clock generator is embedded. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. There is a Clock PLL called CMOS, TTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. There is a maximum frequency of 13GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 1.62V~3.45V.
