ADF4159CCPZ Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. The 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 24 terminations. In this clock generator, CMOS, TTL is used as the input to the clock. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. As long as you provide 1.62V~3.45V supply voltage, it will work. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~125°C should be set. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of CMOS logic.
