ADF4158WCCPZ-RL7 Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. As a result of this, we can find 24 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3V. CMOS, TTL is designed as this clock generator's input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. There is a maximum frequency of 6.1GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 2.7V~3.3V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~125°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the Clock logic levels is presented here.
