ADF4156BCPZ Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP contains this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are 20 terminations found in this file. The supply voltage of 3V allows for high efficiency. In this case, CMOS, TTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. Providing a maximum frequency of 6.2GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Approximately 3.3V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 2.7V for normal operation. As long as there are 2.7V~3.3V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work.
