ADF4155BCPZ-RL7 Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3.3V. LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. It provides a maximum frequency of 4GHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock generators can take up to 3.465V of power as a maximum supply voltageThis clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3.135V~3.465V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. The RF synthesizer is compatible with Clock logic levels. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 24 bits. Related electrical parts can be found for the base part number ADF4155. There are a number of 24 pins that are available on the frequency synthesizers. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V that frequency generators can handle. In order for it to fully perform time clock generator's functions, it needs a supply current of 38mA. Analog ICs are PLL FREQUENCY SYNTHESIZER-frequency generators, since they have analog functions.
