ADF4153YRUZ-RL7 Overview

Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. There are 16 terminations found in the file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3V. CMOS, TTL is designed as this clock generator's input. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 4GHz is available.
