ADF4153BRU Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tube package. A Clock PLL is included with the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 240. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3V. In this clock generator, CMOS, TTL is used as the input to the clock. Providing a maximum frequency of 4GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. The maximal supply voltage this clock generator would take is 3.3V. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 2.7V.
