ADF4153BCPZ-RL Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package contains this clock generator. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 260 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 20 terminations. The supply voltage of 3V allows for high efficiency. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, TTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 4GHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.3V as a supply voltage. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 2.7V is recommended for safety reasons. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 2.7V~3.3V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. Clock logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. It is possible to classify this electronic component as a Fractional N Synthesizer (RF). It is a 20-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. According to the base part number ADF4153, its related parts can be found. There is an available 20 pin on the PLL. The supply voltage should be maintained at 5V for high efficiency. In general, this clock PLL is considered a PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits device. The output frequency is magnified as high as possible with 1 signal outputs. To fully perform its function, time clock generator requires a supply current of 20mA. Time clock generator supply currents should not exceed 24mA.
