ADF4153BCPZ Overview
It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 20 terminations can be found in frequency generators. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3V. This Clock PLL will be fed by CMOS, TTL as its input. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. There is a maximum voltage of 3.3V for this clock generator. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 2.7V. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 2.7V~3.3V.
