ADF4153ABCPZ Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package contains this clock generator. 20 terminations can be found in frequency generators. There is a Clock PLL called CMOS, TTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. There are 2.7V~3.3V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. Clock logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
