ADF4152HVBCPZ Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tray method. Embedded in the 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 32 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. 1 circuits are used to achieve clock PLL's superior flexibility. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 5GHz. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. There is a maximum voltage of 3.6V for this clock generator. Keeping the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer above 3V is recommended for safety reasons. There should be 3V~3.6V provided with this RF synthesizer. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. Clock is designed for clock generator's output. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. These related electrical parts are available for the base part number ADF4152. There is an available 32 pin on the clock generators. It can be classified as a PHASE LOCKED LOOP-clock PLL because it is an analog IC.
