ADF4151BCPZ-RL7 Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. As part of the 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, this clock generator is embedded. There are a total of 32 terminations in this file. Basically, a voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this clock generator, CMOS, TTL is used as the input to the clock. To access the electronic component's full performance, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 3.5GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 3V. As long as there are 3V~3.6V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the Clock logic levels is presented here. There is a 32-bit clock-generating IC built specifically for microprocessors in this frequency generator. ADF4151 is the base part number for finding related electronic parts. Clock generator is designed with 32 pins. RF synthesizers can handle voltages up to 3.3V. As a result, it is commonly classified as a type of PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits clock PLL. Time clock generator requires a supply current of 40mA to fully function. As an analog IC, this RF synthesizer falls under the PHASE LOCKED LOOP-device category. The maximum supply current (Isup) should not be in excess of 50mA.
