ADF4150BCPZ-RL7 Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. As part of the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, this clock generator is embedded. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. 24 terminations can be found in frequency generators. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this clock generator, CMOS, TTL is used as the input to the clock. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. There is a maximum frequency of 4.4GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 3V for safety considerations.
