ADF4118BRUZ-RL7 Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this case, CMOS, TTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 3GHz Max. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel.
