ADF4117BRUZ-RL7 Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) contains this Clock PLL. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. The supply voltage of 3V allows for high efficiency. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, TTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator.
