ADF4117BRU Overview
The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes this clock generator. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 240. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 16 terminations. Basically, a voltage of 3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, TTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. 1.2GHz is the maximal value for normal operation.
