ADF4116BRUZ Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. As part of the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 16 terminations can be found in frequency generators. The supply voltage of 3V allows for high efficiency. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, TTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. There are 2.7V~5.5V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. Clock is designed for clock generator's output. A Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF) is a classification for the electronic part in question. It is a 16-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors.
