ADF4113BRU-REEL7 Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes this clock generator. A maximum temperature of 240 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are 16 terminations found in this file. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3V. CMOS, TTL is designed for clock generator's input. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 4GHz Max. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. A maximum voltage of 2.7V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 2.7V~5.5V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. Clock is designed for clock generator's output. This electronic component can be classified into Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF). Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 16 bits. According to the base part number ADF4113, its related parts can be found. It is possible to connect to the PLL via 16 pins. Supply voltage 5V is what clock generator can handle. In general, this clock PLL is considered a PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits device. There is a 6-BIT SWALLOW COUNTER feature on this frequency generator in order to produce a better clock signal. Clock PLL has 1 signal outputs to maximi1e output frequency. The supply current of 8.5mA needs to be provided to fully play clock generator's function.
