ADF4113BCPZ-RL7 Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 20 terminations. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, TTL. 4GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 2.7V for safety considerations. As long as you provide 2.7V~5.5V supply voltage, it will work. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics.
