ADF4113BCPZ Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. In the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, there is an embedded clock generator. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. 20 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3V. There is a Clock PLL called CMOS, TTL which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 2.7V. Clock PLL works with 2.7V~5.5V supply voltage provided. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. Clock logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. This electronic component is usually classified as a Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF) component. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. It is possible to find its related electronic parts by searching for the base part number ADF4113. There is an available 20 pin on the clock generators. Time clock generator can handle a voltage of 5V as the supply voltage. As such, it is often referred to as a kind of PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits clock PLL. 6-BIT SWALLOW COUNTER can also be founded when using frequency generators. 1 signal outputs are provided for enhancing output frequency as much as possible. High efficiency is achieved when operating at a frequency of 4GHz. A supply current of 8.5mA is required to fully operate clock PLL. The maximal current supplied for this frequency synthesizer operation reaches 11mA.
