ADF4112BRU-REEL7 Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 240. In it, there are 16 terminations to be found. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, TTL. There is a maximum frequency of 3GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. There should be a voltage supply above 2.7V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.7V~5.5V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. This is a clock generator compatible with Clock logic levels. As far as electrical parts go, this component can be classified as a Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF) component. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 16 bits. It is possible to find its related electronic parts by searching for the base part number ADF4112. A 16 pin is available on the PLL. There is a maximum supply voltage of 5V that frequency generators can handle. Clock generator can also be included into PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with 6-BIT SWALLOW COUNTER. The output frequency can be amplified as high as possible with its 1 signal outputs. This time clock generator requires a supply current of 6.5mA in order to operate properly. This electronic frequency generator should not be supplied with more than 4mA of current.
