ADF4112BCPZ Overview
It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. This clock generator is embedded in the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 20 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS, TTL. It provides a maximum frequency of 3GHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There should be a voltage supply above 2.7V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. As long as you provide 2.7V~5.5V supply voltage, it will work.
