ADF4111BCPZ-RL7 Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 20 terminations. A voltage of 3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, TTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. 1.4GHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 2.7V for normal operation. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 2.7V~5.5V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set.
