ADF4111BCPZ-RL Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. This clock generator is embedded in the LFCSP EP package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. In it, there are 20 terminations to be found. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3V. In this clock generator, CMOS is used as the input to the clock.
