ADF4110BRU Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 260 to be essentially indestructible. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. To operate this time clock generator, 3V voltage should be applied. CMOS, TTL is designed for clock generator's input. 550MHz is the maximal value for normal operation.
