ADF4108BCPZ-RL Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP contains this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 20 terminations can be found in frequency generators. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS, TTL. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 8GHz maximum. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. Approximately 3.6V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator.
