ADF4108BCPZ-RL Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP contains this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. 20 terminations can be found in frequency generators. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS, TTL. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 8GHz maximum.
