ADF4107BRU Overview
This clock IC is packaged using the Tube method. Embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 240 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 16 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3V is required. CMOS, TTL is designed as this clock generator's input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 7GHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can easily be installed on a panel. Clock PLL works with 2.7V~3.3V supply voltage provided. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. There are several logic levels in Clock logic that can be used with this clock generator. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it can be classified as a Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF) component. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. These related electrical parts are available for the base part number ADF4107. There is an available 16 pin on the PLL. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3V that clock generator can handle. Clock generator can also be included into PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits. Clock PLL is facilitated with 2 signal outputs to magnify output frequency as high as possible. A supply current of 17mA is required to fully operate clock PLL.
