ADF4107BCPZ-REEL Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 20 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3V. CMOS, TTL is designed as this clock generator's input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 7GHz is available. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. There should be 2.7V~3.3V provided with this RF synthesizer. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. There are several logic levels in Clock logic that can be used with this clock generator.
