ADF4106SCPZ-EP Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. As part of the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, this clock generator is embedded. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3V is required. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, TTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 6GHz is available. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 2.7V. There should be 2.7V~3.3V provided with this RF synthesizer. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -55°C~125°C should be set.
