ADF4106BRUZ Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tube. There is a clock generator embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 16 terminations found in the file. A voltage of 3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this case, CMOS, TTL is designed to be the input of the clock generator. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 2.7V. Clock PLL works with 2.7V~3.3V supply voltage provided. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at -40°C~85°C, which is what is estimated by the test. Clock logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
