ADF4106BRU-REEL Overview
It is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method since it is a clock IC. As part of the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. The peak reflow temperature (Cel) amounts to 240 to be essentially indestructible. In it, there are 16 terminations to be found. To operate this time clock generator, 3V voltage should be applied.
