ADF41020BCPZ Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. 20 terminations can be found in frequency generators. A voltage of 3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. CMOS, TTL is designed for clock generator's input. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. Clock generator ic works with 2.85V~3.15V. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance.
