ADF4002SRU-EP-RL7 Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Digi-Reel? method. In the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, there is an embedded clock generator. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3V. A clock generator's input is called CMOS, TTL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 400MHz maximum. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be kept above 2.7V for safety considerations. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 2.7V~3.3V. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -55°C~125°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature.
