ADF4002BRUZ-RL Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer.
