ADF4002BCPZ-RL7 Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). The 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 20 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. A voltage of 3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. CMOS, TTL is designed for clock generator's input. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 400MHz Max. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. There should be a voltage supply above 2.7V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. There are 2.7V~3.3V available for use with this clock PLL. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. There are several logic levels in Clock logic that can be used with this clock generator. As far as electrical parts go, this component can be classified as a Clock/Frequency Synthesizer (RF), Phase Detector component. It is a 20-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors. Related electrical parts can be found for the base part number ADF4002. PLL is designed with 20 pins. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3V that electronic frequency generator can handle. In general, this clock PLL is considered a PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits device. The output frequency can be amplified as high as possible with its 1 signal outputs. The supply current of 5mA needs to be provided to fully play clock generator's function. Time clock generator supply currents should not exceed 6mA.
