ADF4001BRUZ-R7 Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). This clock generator is embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3V. In this clock generator, CMOS, TTL is used as the input to the clock. It is possible to access the full performance of the electrical part by implementing 1 circuits. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. There should be 2.7V~5.5V provided with this RF synthesizer. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C. The RF synthesizer is compatible with Clock logic levels. As far as electrical parts go, this component can be classified as a Clock Generator (RF) component. Clock PLL is equipped with 16 pin count. According to the base part number, its related parts can be founded. The frequency synthesizer has 16 pins that are available. The supply voltage should be maintained at 5V for high efficiency. The output frequency can be amplified as high as possible with its 2 signal outputs. At a frequency of 200MHz, frequency generator is capable of achieving high efficiency. A supply current of 4.5mA is required to fully operate clock PLL.
