ADF4001BRUZ Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package includes this clock generator. There are 16 terminations found in this file. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3V. CMOS, TTL is designed as this clock generator's input. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. Clock generator ic works with 2.7V~5.5V.
