AD9901TQ/883B Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 14-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of NOT SPECIFIED when reflown. 14 terminations can be found in frequency generators. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, ECL, TTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. An up to 200MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. With the Through Hole, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. Test statistics suggest setting the ambient temperature at -55°C~125°C, which is -55°C~125°C. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with CMOS, ECL, TTL logic levels. As far as electrical parts go, this component can be classified as a Digital Phase/Frequency Discriminator component. There is a 14-bit clock-generating IC built specifically for microprocessors in this frequency generator.
