AD9578BCPZ-REEL7 Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Cut Tape (CT) method. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 48 terminations. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 2.5V. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal as its input. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. Providing a maximum frequency of 919MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 2.625V. A maximum voltage of 2.375V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. Clock generator ic works with 2.375V~3.63V. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -25°C~85°C. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels is presented here. There is a 48-bit clock-generating IC built specifically for microprocessors in this frequency generator. This part number is related to its related electronic parts. A 48 pin is available on the PLL. A frequency synthesizer with ALSO OPERATES AT 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY VOLTAGE features better clock signal output. This electronic frequency generator is mainly used to make up PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic circuits.
