AD9578BCPZ Overview
Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. As a result of this, we can find 48 terminations. This time clock generator should be voltaged at 2.5V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL, Crystal. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 2.375V to be safe. As long as you provide 2.375V~3.63V supply voltage, it will work. By calculating the test statistics, -25°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with HCSL, LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels. There is a 48-bit clock-generating IC built specifically for microprocessors in this frequency generator. These related electrical parts are available for the base part number AD9578. PF synthesizers is equipped with 48 pins. Supply voltage 2.625V is what time clock generator can handle. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY VOLTAGE. Clock PLL has 4 signal outputs to maximi4e output frequency. A PLL BASED CLOCK DRIVER logic circuit uses this time clock generator as its main component. Frequency generator is able to reali919MHze high efficiency when operating at a frequency of 919MHz. This RF synthesizer operation requires a maximum current of 397mA.
