Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP contains this Clock PLL. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. In it, there are 48 terminations to be found. A voltage of 3.3V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. In this case, Clock is designed to be the input of the clock generator. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. It provides a maximum frequency of 312.5MHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 3.63V of power. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 2.97V. Clock generators should operate with the voltage supply of 2.97V~3.63V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. The RF synthesizer is compatible with CMOS, HCSL, HSTL, LVDS logic levels. In particular, this clock PLL is designed to be used with microprocessors. AD9574 is the base part number for finding related electronic parts.
