AD9574BCPZ Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. The 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package embeds this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are 48 terminations found in the file. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called Clock which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 3.63V of power. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 2.97V~3.63V. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. CMOS, HCSL, HSTL, LVDS logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer. Clock PLL is equipped with 48 pin count. The related electrical components for the base part number AD9574 can be found below. There is a 48 pin that is available on the digital clock generator. In terms of the supply voltage, analog clock generator can handle 3.3V volts. The frequency synthesizer features 7 signal outputs to ensure as high a frequency as possible. High efficiency is achieved when operating at a frequency of 312.5MHz. Analog ICs are classified as PHASE LOCKED LOOP-devices and this RF synthesizer is one.
