AD9572ACPZLVD Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tray package is used. 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP contains this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. There are a total of 40 terminations in this file.
