AD9571ACPZLVD Overview
It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. In the 40-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, there is an embedded clock generator. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 260. As a result of this, we can find 40 terminations. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. Crystal is designed as this clock generator's input. To access the full performance of the electronic component, 1 circuits are implemented. 156.25MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. This component can be conveniently installed on the panel thanks to the Surface Mount. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.6V as a supply voltage. There should be a voltage supply above 3V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. Clock generator ic works with 2.97V~3.63V. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed for clock generator's output.
