As a clock IC, it uses the Cut Tape (CT) package. Embedded in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 225 under reflowing conditions. There are a total of 40 terminations in this file.
